Zhiyong Wei graduated from the German University of Germany and Germany Business School, got the British MBA degree. Zhiyong Wei has summed up a set of enterprise and government human resources development and management system suitable for China's national conditions according to the management theory and experience of developed countries and innovated a series of ideas and methods of human resource development and management. He put forward the "human behavior affected by its character" theory for the first time and studied out the "performance management" model that is urgently needed at present.
